I dedicate this song to everyone in Madison that still believes the city did what it could to clear the streets after this years first major snowfall. Notice that it’s been over a week and some streets are still dangerous. You suck Mayor Dave.

Something to think about
I’d like you to take a moment to look at this picture and then take a couple seconds every few hours to think about it.

Seriously, think about it.

Free ringtones for my Krzr K1m
How’s that for a sweet ringtone for my Motorola K1M? I made it myself and managed to upload it to my phone. Don’t pay for ringtones when you can put them onto your phone with your computer (even if it’s less than streamlined).
This is my new text message alert. So what if I’m going with a classic 70’s porn music theme? It’s my damn phone and I want it to express its inner pimp.
I made a third porn ringtone. It sounds similar to my default ringtone, so I’m not sure I’m going to keep it. I got carried away and made a lot of other kinds of ringtones as well. My phone has 20MB in memory and the average filesize for ringtones I’ve been making is around 100KB. So far I’ve put 17 tones into memory and I still have 14.33MB of free memory. I could probably create a custom ringtone for every contact in my phone and still not run out of memory. I won’t do that though. Only a handful of people call me on a regular basis. Making ringtones for anyone else would be a waste of time, except for those few I don’t want to talk to. You know you have them in your phone. That person you don’t want to delete, because they’ll call and if you deleted their number you won’t remember who it is when they call. Of course you don’t answer. You just need their number stored so caller ID shows their name. Then when look at your phone, you see their name and your brain says “what the fuck, I wish Verizon would support call blocking”. I gave those type of people a special ringtone. I won’t be pulling my phone out of my pocket anymore when they call thanks to my new ringtone for the losers.
Has anyone installed a MicroSD card into a Verizon Krzr K1m? I don’t have a card right now and I’m hesitant to buy one because there’s a plastic clip in part of the slot. It doesn’t look like the card will fit without removing the clip and I don’t think I can remove the clip without breaking it. What’s the deal with that? To the left I have a picture of the memory slot. The bottom image has the stupid clip highlighted.
Here’s a few more samples of ringtones I’ve made.
I’m obviously a fan of that movie. And one more from a movie I really like.
If you think you’re sly and you’re trying to download these ringtones from my website to use on your phone, you’ll find that these versions are not encoded at recommended limits for phones. For cell phones you should use 22050 Hz, 32 kbps mono channel mp3. If you take any of the examples from this site and use them on your phone, I’m not responsible if you blow the speaker.
OK, two more from a show I really like.
If you came here looking for a tutorial on how to get free ringtones, you’ll be disappointed. I don’t write tutorials about hacking cell phone. The people at HowardForums do however. If you have the patience and aptitude, you can learn how to get free ringtones and change just about anything else on your phone. Basically, you can make your phone do what it is actually capable of, no thanks to your wireless provider.
