		<description>I would not think the commercial gain is the reason to stop using it. The seal is meant to denote official communications from the Presidency and nobody should be allowed to display it, even if done for satire. Quite often people use the symbol of the eagle with stars to try to trick people into opening junk mail, and using federal markings is illegal. The Onion should back off and it makes sense they should just make their own rendition of the seal.</description>
