Have you hugged a Socialist today? I know I didn’t. I emailed a couple today, but they haven’t answered. In a previous post I wanted to discuss the long term goals of the International Socialist Organization. I couldn’t determine them from their online publications, so I cut that portion short and discussed “McCarthyism”. However, I still want to cover the long term goals of the ISO. I’ve been trying to get a response from the UW Madison branch of the ISO. I’ve sent emails to the address provided on the ISO website for the Madison branch and the address provided on the UW Madison Registered Student Organizations website. No results thus far.

I have a working theory and that I’m trying to prove. I’ve noticed the ISO posts notices of rallies or discussions with vague descriptions and you can only get further detail by either buying their paper or attending their meetings. I think this reeks of indoctrination.

I’m really upset they haven’t replied. My emails were very straight forward. An honest organization would not dodge simple inquiries. Here are the emails I sent them.
